COMLOG is a 50/50 joint venture between MBDA Deutschland GmbH and Raytheon, founded to provide logistics, maintenance, upgrade, and assembly support for the PATRIOT missile system in Europe. Their facility in Schrobenhausen (Germany) services and maintains hundreds of missiles, handles upgrades to modern variants, and — under recent contracts — is expanding to assemble new missiles to meet growing demand.
