HyEnD e.V.

HyEnD (Hybrid Engine Development) is the student rocketry group at the University of Stuttgart that has been developing sounding rockets since 2006. The group became well known through its hybrid rocket projects within the framework of the DLR STERN program. In 2023, HyEnD achieved a world record for student hybrid rockets with the 7.8-meter-long N₂ORTH rocket, reaching an altitude of 64.4 kilometers.
